The business was originally founded in Kokomo, Indiana in 1990. Our journey began with a simple belief: pets deserve to feel safe, loved, and cared for — even when their people aren’t home. As lifelong animal lovers, we saw the need for dependable, in-home pet care that goes beyond the basics and truly treats pets like family.

It started with one sitter, one neighborhood, and a handful of clients who trusted us with their furry family members. Word spread quickly, not because of flashy ads, but because of genuine care, reliability, and the relationships we built — with pets and their people. Today, we’ve grown into a multi-location franchise, serving families across six communities and counting.
